💞 It’s the week before Valentine’s Day and love is in the air! 💞

No matter how you feel about the holiday, it’s a great time to show appreciation for those who hold a special place in your heart.

Disclaimer: I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention that Justin thinks Valentine’s Day is a total scam. 😂 According to him, being sweet to your partner should happen all year long.

There are so many things that make for a happy and healthy relationship—and one of them is getting physical together.
(No, not like that… 😉🙈😚)

My love language is quality time, and one of the easiest ways to show someone you care is by spending time with them. What better way to do that than by working out together?

Our fitness community is full of couples who sweat it out together—some even have multiple bikes at home so they can take live or on-demand spin classes side-by-side. 😍

I love seeing not just couples, but entire families working out together. It creates accountability, shared goals, and healthy household routines.
